They are meant for swimming. However I have not used them in a hot tub. Question: how do I put these in my swimsuit top? Answer: you can slip them under your top or sew them in.
Question: Does this come in white? If not, will the beige show thru in a white bathing suit? You could even sew them in. Question: Will these fit in any sports bra??
Answer: It would depend on the shape of the bra. Question: I had a mastectomy without reconstruction. Answer: I can't answer that question. I only have experience with the full-size product.
